We carry a variety of scallops in a variety of sizes. Both Hokkaido (Japan) and Domestic scallops are packed in 8 lb gallons and come in a variety of sizes. Most common sizes are u/10 and 10/20, however, we also bring in some specialty sizes like the jumbo U/8 or the smaller 20/30. Scallops are best prepared pan seared where the outside caramelizes, and the sweet, creamy interior is left at a Medium Rare temperature.
