We have installed an electrolyzed water system in our cutting room for sterilizing our cutting room tables and knives.
We have built a state-of-the-art sanitation room for all food handlers to walk through before reporting to work.
We have seven employees who have completed the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification course.
We are one of the only Maryland based seafood companies to require all shipments of ready to eat product to be shipped with a continuous Time Temperature Recorder(TTR) to insure the product has remained safe from the moment of production until it reaches our warehouse.
