Our food safety team works closely with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Maryland Department of Health, and Eurofins Laboratory to ensure the safest, freshest product available.

We have installed an electrolyzed water system in our cutting room for sterilizing our cutting room tables and knives.

We have built a state-of-the-art sanitation room for all food handlers to walk through before reporting to work.
